We combine human creative direction with AI-powered production. The specific deliverables, formats, versions, revisions, and usage rights are confirmed in your proposal.

We do not guarantee specific business results, appointments, bookings, revenue, or campaign performance. Outcomes depend on your offer, audience, distribution, budget, and follow-up.

You agree to provide accurate information and to share only assets, footage, or permissions you have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of any business details you provide.

Ownership and licensing of finished commercials and related assets are defined in your proposal. Content on this site, including text, imagery, and branding, is owned by Commercials That Convert and may not be reproduced without permission.

This site may link to third-party services such as scheduling or video platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercials That Convert and Sales Systems R Us are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable production engagement.
